The versatile trainer pairs a wide heel base with thick rubber traction in the heel for a stable lifting base. Soft foam and thinner rubber in the forefoot are flexible and cushioned for speed training drills. Support wraps deliver stability and containment while mesh maximises breathability for versatile training comfort.
